Darleene Barrientos When Felis Stella moved into the Griffith Park Apartments in December, she could still see bullet holes in the buildings after last year's gun battle between a tenant and police. More distressing, though, were the figurative walls she could feel between her neighbors in the 75-unit complex at 400 Paula Ave. Stella has decided to try to tear down those walls by having a party with her neighbors on the anniversary of the gun battle that was the longest in the city's history.
