The three-day event will include a Friday night casual cocktail party, a golf tournament, shopping, or hanging out and culminating with the banquet and program on Saturday and a Sunday morning no-host breakfast.

Cheating, preferential treatment, and pirated music are but a few of the ethical questions that students and their adult mentors tackled on Wednesday at the Hilton Burbank Airport and Convention Center as part of the 21st annual Youth, Leadership and the Future Conference. The event, which drew students from the Glendale, Burbank and La CaƱada school districts, gave students the opportunity to speak frankly with adults about the issues they face and to learn from their mentors' experiences.

Our Reel Critics checked out the new multi-sensory attraction, "Shrek 4-D," at Universal Studios Hollywood. It's a multimedia continuation of the DreamWorks' Academy Award-winning feature film "Shrek." The attraction combines original 3-D animation, state-of-the-art digital cinema projection and audio systems along with unique in-theater sensory immersion that physically expands the Shrek characters and their world to create a four-dimensional entertainment experience.

Molly Shore On a warm evening at Memorial Field, with the folds of the Verdugo Mountains creating a panoramic backdrop, the John Burroughs High School Class of 2002 lined up to walk onto the field. As start time drew near Thursday, the bleachers filled to capacity. "We're going to have to sit up in Glendale," lamented one latecomer. Ani Manougian and her husband, Onnig, there to celebrate the graduation of their daughter, Jaquelyn, said they were very emotional about the moment.
