PATRICIA MARY BICKEL Patricia Mary Bickel, a former Glendale resident, died July 22, 2002. She was born Aug. 16, 1930, in Chicago. Mrs. Bickel attended Glendale High School and Glendale Community College. She earned her bachelor's degree in education from Los Angeles State College, and went on to teach at La Crescenta Elementary School. In 1953, she married Duane Bickel at Holy Family Church. She retired to raise her family, then resumed teaching part-time for the Glendale and Los Angeles unified school districts until 1991.
