Wednesday: Baked chicken or hamburger or chef salad or low-fat yogurt, crackers and a mini croissant with a salad bar; or turkey ham and cheese deli stick with fruit and vegetables. Thursday: Spaghetti or hamburger or chef salad or low-fat yogurt, crackers and garlic bread with a salad bar; or turkey ham and cheese on a croissant with fruit and vegetables.
