NORTHEAST GLENDALE — The first time the Glendale Community College women’s basketball team fell behind by double-digits on Saturday night, it was able to play its way back into the game. No such luck the second time around, however, as a Fullerton College run to close the first half turned into a second-half landslide, burying the Vaqueros, 69-42, in the semifinal round of the Vaquero Shootout at Glendale college. “We just didn’t hold our composure,” said Glendale Coach Monica Hang, whose team was led in scoring by freshman guard Chelsea Baqueiro, a Hoover High graduate, with 15 points.
