The following were taken from daily booking reports from the Glendale Police Department. ? Area 1 ? 200 block of West Broadway Jeanette Palacios, 22, was arrested April 15 on suspicion of burglary and grand theft. ? 600 block of East Acacia Avenue Henedine Javier, 18, was arrested April 17 on suspicion of spousal assault. ? Area 2 ? Burchett Street and Highland Avenue Vahik Baghouzian, 36, was arrested April 15 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Music from Broadway, TV and film gets a pops twist when the Glendale Renaissance Orchestra performs at the Alex Theatre. The evening's highlight is a tribute by guest star vocalist Lorna Luft to her mother, Judy Garland. The third concert of the season, "Broadway Meets Hollywood," will be on Sept. 16. Luft will sing a 40-minute segment titled "Songs My Mother Taught Me. " She has performed in concert throughout the world, on and off Broadway, and in film and television. "This is my office," she said.
