WOMEN?S VOLLEYBALL Glendale Community College 3, Citrus College 0: The Vaqueros finished the week Friday with a 25-17, 25-16, 25-19 Western State Conference win. Glendale college (12-9, 8-3 in conference) received 10 kills from Ashleigh Diller and 24 assists from Alyssa Rosca. Ashliy Veliz added four aces and 10 digs. The Vaqueros began the week Nov. 10 with a 25-17, 25-16, 25-15 conference loss against College of the Canyons. WOMEN?S SOCCER Glendale Community College 1, L.A. Pierce College 1: Glendale college wrapped up its season Friday in a Western State Conference match.

GIRLS' SOCCER Crescenta Valley 8, Muir 0: Rachael Rigamat, Sydney Vermillion and Naomi Ehrlich each scored two goals for the Falcons in a Pacific League home match Tuesday. Lizzy Villa and Angie Vossmeyer scored one goal each for CV (10-7-2, 4-0 in league). Arcadia 4, Glendale 0: The host Nitros got good performances from Xochitl Cubero, Jessica Kang, Nicole Pena and Grecia Santiesteban in Tuesday's Pacific League contest. Glendale dropped to 1-7, 0-2 in league.

WOMEN’S TENNIS Glendale Community College 5, Rio Hondo College 4: The host Vaqueros (3-4) got singles wins Thursday from Sarah Aguilar (6-1, 6-0), Mineli Ebrahimi (6-3, 6-1) and Alex Tzvetanova (6-4, 6-3). Aguilar and Ebrahimi (8-1) and Tzvetanova and Brianna Hayes (8-5) teamed up to earn doubles wins. Glendale college was handed a 9-0 loss by Santa Monica City College on Tuesday in a Western State Conference match. The Vaqueros are 1-2 in conference.
